Utah Announces Lower Concealed Carry Permit Costs

According to a letter sent to all concealed carry instructors by the State of Utah Department of Public Safety, effective October 1st, the cost for any Utahn wishing to apply for a concealed carry firearm permit has been lowered. The new costs will be $37 for a resident permit and $47 for all non-residents wishing to apply in the state.

This is good news for anyone wishing to receive a permit in the state and is a part of the Utah state government plan to help make it easier to receive a concealed carry permit in the state.
